Warm ups for tennis players should become a routine event. In this case we are using jump stretch bands to engage the legs and body in different planes of motion. This is a High Performance Dynamic exercise. Before the body is warmed up it is important to use Dynamic Stretching.
After the player plays or trains it’s important to cool down, using static stretching. Players who consistently put warm up exercises and cool downs stretches into there routines will be putting themselves onto a winning pathway.
